FOUR BEDROOM WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE COTTAGE WITH 3 ACRE LAKE SET IN 16 ACRES SOUTH MAYENNE
We have had the cottage now for about 6 years. When we purchased the property there was just one room just habitable, and the rest totally uninhabitable see photos.We had a small lake which we had landscaped to come to the front of the cottage. to make it more wheelchair frendly for myself who is a wheelchair user. We took on a builder from Chateaubriant who caused us many problems and never turned up for work. So we found a local builder from just down the road, who was our saviour and did a wonderfull job many thanks to Simon & Nicky.
